“Promocodes” is a loyalty program (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Promocodes”, and each, as the “Promocode”), organized by Finvest Solutions Limited (the Company) and offered to the company clients.
1 Promocodes is offered by Finvest Solutions Limited (the Company) to its Clients under the following Terms.
2 By applying for the Promocodes participation, the Client acknowledges that he or she has read and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as well as the Company Terms and Conditions.
1 The participant acknowledges and agrees that, for each promotional campaign organized by the company, a restricted quantity of corresponding promocodes will be provided to a limited number of participants. Consequently, if the company issues a promocode to the participant within the context of a promotional campaign, the participant may only use this promocode during the specific period when the campaign is active, or during the validity period specified by the company (both the promotional campaign and promocode's effective periods being determined solely at the company's discretion). It is important to note that if the company's promotional campaign operates on a first-come-first-served basis, the redemption will be limited to a set number of slots designated by the company.
2 The participant acknowledges and agrees that they cannot utilize any promocode(s) provided by the Company in the context of any other promotional campaign(s), past, present, or future. Furthermore, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Company, these promocode(s) cannot be used for any additional campaigns.
3 The participant acknowledges and agrees that a promocode, when provided by the Company in the context of a specific promotional campaign, is intended for a single use exclusively within that campaign unless otherwise specified in writing by the Company. Given this, the participant understands and agrees that, unless the Company provides written instructions to the contrary, the promocode is strictly restricted in the following ways:
(I) It cannot be applied to any previous, current, or future transactions, trades, or any other activities, regardless of whether they involve the Company, unless otherwise instructed in writing by the Company.
(II) It cannot be combined with any prior, ongoing, or forthcoming transactions, trades, or activities, irrespective of their involvement with the Company, unless otherwise instructed in writing by the Company.
(III) It cannot be used for any prior, ongoing, or future offers, campaigns, or any other activities, whether organized by the Company, unless otherwise instructed in writing by the Company.
(IV) It cannot be combined with any past, present, or future offers, campaigns, or any other activities, whether organized by the Company, unless otherwise instructed in writing by the Company.
4 Promocodes cannot be refunded, returned, or altered in any way, unless the Company provides written consent to the contrary.
5 Each Promocode is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to any third party. It can only be redeemed as specifically instructed by the Company within the context of each Promotional Campaign.
1 At all times, Finvest Solutions Limited reserves the right to amend, change or cancel this promotion without any prior notice to current or prospective promotion participants.
2 If the Company suspects that a Promotion participant has abused or attempted to abuse a Promotion or otherwise acted with a lack of good faith towards MTrading, MTrading’ reserves the right to deny, withhold, cancel or withdraw from that participant any credited funds from company side, and, if necessary, to cancel any terms and conditions of this promotion and client agreement with respect to that Promotion participant, either temporarily or permanently, or to terminate that participant`s access to the services and/or block that participant`s account(s).
3 The promocodes are considered to be the property of the Company until the client reaches the required terms and conditions.
4 Trading in the and CFD markets entails significant risk. Participation in the and CFD markets should not be undertaken unless the Trader is fully aware of and understands the risks involved in trading. Participation in this promotion should not be a motivating factor when considering participation in the and CFD markets.
5 It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all applicable taxes and fees on the promocodes in their country are paid.
6 In case of any ambiguity or conflict or inconsistency between different translations of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
7 In case of additional questions related to the Promotion, Participants may contact MTrading at support@mtrading.com or contact their personal account-manager.
“New Client” – An individual or corporation who, at the time of enrolment into this Promotion, does not have any live accounts or earlier registrations in the Trader’s Room at MTrading.
“Company” – The Finvest Solutions Limited (“Finvest Solutions Limited”), registered at Unit 5, Long Stone House, PO box 1200, Main street, Charlestown, Nevis.
“Existing Client” – An individual or corporation who, at the moment of enrolment into this Promotion, has, or earlier was in possession of, any of the following accounts:
“Participant” – Company products user who activated the Promocodes through the Trader’s Room.
