“MTrading: Special IB Promo” Terms and Conditions

1.1. The “MTrading: Special IB Promo” is a promotional campaign (hereafter referred to as the “Campaign”) organized by MTrading (ServiceComsvg LLC).

1.2. The Campaign is open exclusively to current and new Introducing Brokers (IBs), excluding those already participating in existing Deposit Reward programs and/or roadmap campaigns.

1.3. The Campaign runs from May 22 to May 31, 2025 (UTC time zone).

2.1. All eligible IBs will be automatically enrolled in the Campaign. No separate registration is required.

2.2. Only IBs who meet the eligibility criteria in Section 1.2 are qualified to receive Campaign rewards.

3.1. During the Campaign period, eligible IBs will receive additional payouts on top of their standard IB commissions, based on the total deposit and withdrawal volume (DW) generated by their referred clients.

3.2. Payout tiers are as follows:

• Total DW during the Campaign period < $1,000: $4 per lot traded but not more than 10% of the total DW during the Campaign period.
  
  
• Total DW during the Campaign period between $1,000 and $10,000: $5 per lot traded, but not more than 10% of the total DW during the Campaign period.
  
  
• Total DW during the Campaign period > $10,000: $6 per lot traded but not more than 10% of the total DW during the Campaign period.

4.1. To maintain fair participation and mitigate fraud risks, MTrading reserves the right to calculate and apply the DW reward per individual client referred by an IB.

4.2. MTrading retains the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign and/or its conditions at any time without prior notice.

4.3. If the Company suspects that a Campaign participant has abused or attempted to abuse a Campaign or otherwise acted with a lack of good faith towards MTrading, MTrading’ reserves the right to deny, withhold or cancel any given prizes from the company side and, if necessary, to cancel any terms and conditions of this Campaign and client agreement with respect to that Campaign participant, either temporarily or permanently or to terminate that participant`s access to the services and/or block that participant`s account(s).
